If there are not enough participants on the date of your booking, you will be contacted with alternate dates. If none of the alternatives suit you, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full., For the English, French, and Japanese tours, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event.
