Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is essential. Bookings are only available on second row seating. Please note the Age Policy: For the Sunrise Pool Experience, guests below 15 years old are not allowed access to AURA at any time of the day, and guests aged 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For the Evening Pool Experience, after 7 PM, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access. Proof of identification is required for all guests, and failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry without a refund. Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue. Tickets will not be refunded if guests are refused entry for reasons such as being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behavior that affects the safety or enjoyment of others, or the use of offensive, abusive, threatening, or insulting language. This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown and will automatically expire thereafter. The Arrival Dress Code requires an Island Chic style, with no swimwear, sportswear, or flip-flops allowed. Tailored shorts are permitted. The provider is not liable for bad weather and may change seating arrangements if necessary. They are also not responsible for any loss or damage related to the use of facilities, pool, lounge, or changing rooms. The Sunrise Pool Experience runs from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM with a minimum booking of 2 pax, while the Evening Pool Experience takes place from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a minimum booking of 3 pax. Bookings made 14 days in advance may require re-confirmation due to private events, and alternative dates or refunds are available. All food & beverage is charged upon consumption; none is included in the entrance fee.
