Either way, you're in for a workout! Learn new techniques and proper form—then put your skills to the test with drills and sparring! Martial arts enthusiasts shouldn't miss this chance to experience a Muay Thai class in the heart of Bangkok.The gym is owned by Dam Srichan, the only Thai athlete ever to represent the country in five different sports: Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, karate, and taekwondo. Kru Dam won numerous medals and gold medals in Muay Thai and boxing at the South East Asia Games.
